Job summary

Capgemini UK is seeking a high-performing Sales Specialist to drive profitable growth across strategic target accounts, renewals, and net-new opportunities. You will shape proposals, negotiate deals and collaborate with presales and partners to deliver AI-enabled, value-led transformations for clients.

The role emphasizes hybrid work in the UK, with a focus on cloud infrastructure services, cybersecurity and digital workplace solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within technology services with at least five years in solution sales, presales, consulting or technical sales roles.
• Ability to translate business challenges into growth opportunities and measurable outcomes.
• Experience originating, structuring and winning complex technology transformation opportunities, with deals ranging from ~£100,000 to £10 million.
• Experience selling cloud transformation, cybersecurity, digital workplace, infrastructure or related services.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in large, matrixed organizations.
• Understanding of AI, Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot and automation in enterprise transformation.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth across the assigned portfolio with value-led propositions.
• Build executive relationships and translate priorities into compelling propositions.
• Own opportunities from inception through qualification, shaping, negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Client Partners and Presales to shape differentiated propositions.
• Position Capgemini Cloud Infrastructure Services to support client transformation objectives.
• Develop AI-enabled opportunities to create measurable business value.
• Lead growth across strategic target accounts, renewal and expansion opportunities.
