Job summary

Patch is hiring a Strategic Supply Partnerships Manager to build and scale supplier and ecosystem partnerships across environmental assets, including carbon credits, SAFc, and RECs. You will source supply, negotiate spot and multi-year deals, and manage relationships with suppliers and industry partners.

The role requires an 8+ year commercial background with deep carbon market credibility and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in relevant commercial roles with 3–5+ years in voluntary carbon or environmental assets.
• Strong network with developers, financiers, and traders.
• Experience with spot trading and offtake agreements in environmental commodities.
• Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and ability to structure partnerships.
• Proven relationship builder delivering revenue and strategic outcomes.
• Product-minded with ability to translate market feedback into product requirements.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment; capable of juggling multiple work streams.
• Willing to work from London or SF office 3+ days per week.

Responsibilities

• Source and scale supply by building deep relationships with environmental asset suppliers (developers, financiers, traders, funds).
• Negotiate and execute transactions including spot trades and structured multi-year offtake agreements.
• Advise on investment, project design, and go-to-market strategies to unlock high-integrity supply.
• Build channels with registries, ratings providers, and ecosystem partners for data access.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Product, Legal, Operations and Sales to improve contracts and revenue opportunities.
• Represent Patch externally at industry events and partner programs.
