Job summary

Climate Impact Partners Limited in London is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to own carbon supply sourcing across the Americas while aligning regional strategy with the company’s growth targets. You will manage a high‑quality pipeline, lead commercial discussions with project developers, and build strong partnerships that deliver long‑term, high‑integrity supply.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level commercial experience in carbon markets, with a track record in sourcing, business development or commercial deal-making.
• Demonstrated ownership of a pipeline, region, or portfolio with clear targets and ability to forecast and report.
• Strong network across energy, agriculture, forestry, conservation and/or natural resource management.
• Knowledge of Article 6 Framework and its role within the carbon market.
• Familiarity with carbon ratings, CCP frameworks, and quality benchmarks.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, including executive-ready recommendations.
• Ability to work autonomously across multiple time zones.
• Eligible to work in your country of residence.

Responsibilities

• Own the Americas sourcing strategy, translating company supply priorities into a plan covering priority markets, project types, and partnership models.
• Build and run a high-quality, forward-looking pipeline, coordinating with Technical, Due Diligence and Portfolio Management to ensure supply meets quality standards.
• Track methodology, pricing and regulatory developments, including Article 6 and compliance markets, and turn them into sourcing decisions.
• Develop and manage long-term relationships with project developers and ecosystem partners across the Americas, acting as the senior regional point of contact.
• Originate and lead negotiations of supply commercial agreements, balancing volume, price, risk, and long-term access to supply.
• Represent Climate Impact Partners with project developers and industry forums in the region.
• Take ownership of process improvements across sourcing and coordinate with Supply Operations on deal approval, contracting, onboarding, and data quality.
• Run pipeline reporting and forecasting for the Americas, flag delivery risks early, and maintain accurate internal systems.
• Deputize for the Primary Sourcing & A6 Solutions Director as needed and lead cross-team initiatives.
