Job summary

Halmer Group in Hampton is seeking a Senior Client Relationship leader to own and grow a portfolio of approximately 50 client accounts. You will lead a team of five in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service, driving senior stakeholder engagement and high service standards.

The role demands a track record of managing senior client relationships in a complex B2B environment, with strong leadership, strategic thinking and excellent communication to influence at Director level.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Client Relationship, Client Services or Account Management teams in a complex B2B services environment.
• Proven track record developing and managing established teams.
• Experience managing senior-level client relationships and key accounts.
• Excellent stakeholder management with Director-level interaction.
• Strong commercial awareness and focus on long-term client value.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on client engagement.
• Ability to build credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of five direct reports across Client Relationship Management and Customer Service.
• Oversee a portfolio of about 50 client accounts.
• Build credible relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Act as senior escalation point for key client matters.
• Ensure high standards of client service and relationship management.
• Collaborate with senior management to support wider business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships.
• Monitor client performance, service delivery and satisfaction.
• Support development of the Client Relationship function with clear structure and accountability.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.
