Job summary

Horizon Parking Ltd in Chelmsford is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to manage key accounts and support the Sales team from our Head Office. This desk-based role involves virtual meetings via Teams, occasional travel to client sites, and developing opportunities to expand services across existing sites.

You will handle client communications, support cross-selling, assist with project delivery, and contribute to a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and grammar skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and web-based back-office systems.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage own workload.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales team and key accounts with client-focused tasks.
• Manage client inboxes and coordinate with Client Relationship Manager.
• Attend regular client meetings and occasional on-site visits.
• Track projects and ensure timely delivery of new sites or initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve client complaints with clear resolutions.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and support new site delivery.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes.
• Prepare reports and reports for stakeholders.
