Job summary

Horizon Group in Chelmsford is seeking an experienced Installations Project Delivery Manager to own our ANPR and CCTV projects from client instruction through surveying, design, delivery and handover.

Based at our Head Office in Chelmsford, the role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours weekly with travel nationwide. You will coordinate teams, secure permits and RAMS, monitor progress against programmes and maintain robust project records.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing multiple construction or technical installation projects.
Experience from mobilisation through to completion and client handover.
Knowledge of Construction Phase Plans (CPPs), RAMS and permits to work.
CDM 2015 and Health & Safety awareness in construction environments.
Strong planning, organisation and communication skills.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

Complete EPS configuration forms for mobilisation.
Coordinate equipment delivery with the Technical Support Team to meet timescales.
Lead pre-start client meetings and communicate planned works.
Prepare CPPs in line with CDM 2015 requirements.
Develop phasing plans to minimise disruption and ensure delivery.
Obtain and manage permits to work prior to site activity.
