Job summary

Metro Rod Ltd is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join the sales team at our Macclesfield office. This desk-based role focuses on managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of small to medium-sized clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an office-based role (essential).
• Experience in customer service, account management, sales or outbound calling (desirable).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients at all levels.
• Confidence managing and developing customer accounts through proactive contact.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM or internal systems.
• Ability to spot opportunities and deliver solutions.
• A flexible, adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Target-driven mindset focused on retention and growth.
