Responsibilities

• Point of contact for clients ensuring satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Develops understanding of assigned clients' industries and products/services.
• Supports the team in delivering an exceptional client experience at every interaction.
• Delights clients and elevates relationships to trusted partner status.
• Ensures client expectations are clear, including updates and milestones.
• Manages Deliverables Register and communicates scores accordingly.
• Leads and mentors teams, fostering Essence culture and recognition.
• Provides leadership during campaign lifecycles to ensure on-time, on-brief delivery.
• Fosters collaboration with Practices for best-in-class work and innovation.
• Anticipates risks and opportunities, escalating when needed.
• Leads daily huddles and weekly client updates.
