WPP Production is seeking a Business Director to lead client engagement and growth for a global portfolio. You will drive strategy, oversee cross-functional teams, and partner with GCMD/GCL to deliver exceptional client outcomes and revenue expansion.

You'll nurture relationships, steer multi-channel production initiatives, and leverage AI-enabled workflows to elevate conversations and results, while thriving in a hybrid working model with strong leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Client Services industry, marketing/ integrated agency environments.
• Ability to grow revenue through strategic and organic growth.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Expert client relationship skills – multi-stakeholder environment.
• Ability to write clear, cohesive client communications and strategic presentations.
• Curiosity and insatiable need for continual learning.
• Leadership and mentoring of teams.

Responsabilités

• Drive agency revenue growth across new business.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with GCMD/GCL alignment.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver client work and strategic messaging.
• Provide strategic insights and quarterly/annual business reviews.
• Manage P&Ls, budgets and forecasting in collaboration with Finance and Commercial Teams.
