Qualifications

• Own and develop a portfolio of strategic client relationships, building trusted partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, priorities and challenges.
• Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers (CIOs/CTOs/CDOs/CEOs) to drive value.
• Proactively engage clients to understand evolving needs and identify greater value.
• Establish communication plans to keep clients connected and confident.
• Act as senior point of contact and escalation for clients, resolving challenges.
