You'll collaborate with internal teams, translate business goals into deliverable projects, and stay ahead of trends in digital/software to ensure client success across their tech initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in an agency environment in digital/software/technology.
• Proven track record in relationship management and business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow client accounts, managing and developing relationships with valued clients throughout their journey with the company.
• Lead on delivery of clients' projects, ensuring business goals are understood and delivered.
• Write inspiring proposals and generate content to drive sales.
• Take an active role in pitching for and winning new business.
• Develop innovative, accurate and achievable account plans.
• Keep up to date with emerging trends in clients' sectors.
