Job summary

Greenpark is seeking a Senior Account Director to lead senior client relationships, drive strategic delivery and deliver profitable growth across multiple accounts. You will work with client and internal teams to maintain momentum, challenge scope, and identify opportunities for expansion.

You will own budgets, forecast performance, and build trusted partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring high standards of delivery and value across markets.

Qualifications

• Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with senior client stakeholders across accounts.
• Lead strategic direction and ensure work aligns with client objectives and agency capabilities.
• Forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking to drive financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships across assigned accounts and projects.
• Collaborate with Strategy and CS Lead to shape long-term thinking and account growth.
• Identify upsell opportunities and expand partnerships across markets and departments.
• Participate in cross‑office collaboration to maximise value for clients and Greenpark.
• Set and maintain high standards in client briefs, outputs and communications.
