Encore is seeking an Account Handler to manage projects from start to finish, build strong client relationships, and generate Dry Hire and Consumable quotations. The role involves coordinating equipment bookings, transfers between depots, and liaising with logistics for on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver World-Class Service to external and internal customers.
• Handle a project from start to finish, including booking equipment and arranging transfers.
• See the Big Picture by arranging sub hires efficiently and effectively.
• Book internal and external transport and liaise with Asset Logistics.
• Manage payment terms and invoicing schedules and arrange replacement equipment.
• Build and retain client relationships for Dry Hire and Product Sales; handle enquiries and produce accurate quotes.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
