Production Futures Limited is seeking an Hire Account Handler to manage projects from start to finish, build and retain client relationships in the Dry Hire and Product Sales sectors. The role involves coordinating equipment bookings, depot transfers, transport, and invoicing while delivering world-class service.

The ideal candidate has proven business development experience, superb negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle a project from start to finish while building and maintaining client relationships
• Book equipment from our inventory and arrange transfers between depots
• Coordinate internal and external transport and liaise with Asset Logistics
• Manage payment terms and invoicing schedules for hires and sales
• Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events
• Take emergency calls out of hours and arrange replacements as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and protect confidential information
• Promote a collaborative environment and effective cross-department communication
• Prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines and deliver exceptional service
