Job summary

Engine Recruitment is seeking an experienced account professional to manage day-to-day client relationships within a creative and marketing agency. You will translate client needs into clear briefs for creative, strategy-led, digital and production teams, while safeguarding budgets and timelines.

With agency-side experience, you’ll nurture client partnerships, spot opportunities to add value and help deliver campaigns that are both creative and commercially successful.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an agency-side account handling or client services role.
• Ability to take, interrogate and shape client briefs for creative, strategy led, digital and production teams.
• Commercial awareness including estimates, scopes, profitability and changes handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication, meetings and status updates.
• Write or shape creative briefs and ensure clear direction for teams.
• Prepare estimates, track budgets and support accurate billing.
• Present work and gather client feedback to inform decisions.
• Spot opportunities to add value and grow accounts.
• Support campaigns, print, digital and social marketing projects.
• Coordinate integrated marketing activity across channels.
