Job summary

Talent Finder UK, based in Preston, is seeking a Senior Client Care / Recruitment Manager to own the client care function and lead onboarding for new clients.

You will manage key client relationships, coordinate with the internal recruitment team, and ensure proactive, high‑quality service across the UK and Ireland.

This role, based in Preston city centre, offers Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a salary of £30,000–£40,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Extensive recruitment industry experience.
• Senior client-facing or account management background.
• Track record of long-term client relationships.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and negotiations.
• Strong commercial awareness and client retention focus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Independent decision-maker and highly organized.
• Proactive in improving client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Own the client care experience end-to-end.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients and educate on services.
• Manage key client relationships as senior contact.
• Provide proactive communication and ongoing support.
• Handle escalated issues to protect relationships.
• Monitor feedback and ensure actions are followed.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment team to meet expectations.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen retention.
• Review processes and propose improvements.
• Maintain professionalism and client communication standards.
