Talent Finder in Preston is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to identify and attract candidates, manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure candidates receive first-class service from start to finish.

You will source candidates through job boards and CV databases, proactively headhunt for live roles, screen CVs, conduct telephone interviews, and coordinate interviews while building strong talent pipelines for future vacancies.

Qualifikationen

• Previous recruitment experience in-house or agency preferred.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Driven, energetic, confident and focused with strong organisational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to manage multiple priorities.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will use your recruitment experience to identify and attract suitable candidates, manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates receive a first-class service from beginning to end.

Are you the right person for the job?

If you have the following, then the answer is yes!

• Previous experience in a recruitment role, either in-house or agency, filling a range of roles
• Experience using an applicant tracking system would be highly advantageous
• An excellent telephone manner
• A driven and energetic approach, as well as confidence and focus
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• An analytical and flexible mindset, with professionalism and close attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office

What will your role as a Recruitment Consultant look like?

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, CV databases and other recruitment channels
• Proactively headhunting suitable candidates for live vacancies
• Reviewing CVs and screening applicants to assess their suitability
• Conducting telephone interviews to establish candidates' skills, experience, salary expectations and availability
• Matching candidates to vacancies across a range of industries and locations
• Managing candidates through the recruitment process, from initial contact to placement
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
• Coordinating interviews and keeping candidates informed throughout the process
• Working towards filling vacancies efficiently while maintaining a high standard of candidate care
