Job summary

Talent Finder in Preston is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to identify and attract candidates, manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure candidates receive first-class service from start to finish.

You will source candidates through job boards and CV databases, proactively headhunt for live roles, screen CVs, conduct telephone interviews, and coordinate interviews while building strong talent pipelines for future vacancies.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience in-house or agency preferred.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Driven, energetic, confident and focused with strong organisational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, CV databases and other channels.
• Proactively headhunt suitable candidates for live vacancies.
• Review CVs and screen applicants for suitability.
• Conduct telephone interviews to assess skills, experience and salary expectations.
• Match candidates to vacancies across industries and locations.
• Manage candidates through recruitment process from contact to placement.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates updated.
