Job summary

NHS Resolution is transforming its Claims Management function and seeks a Strategic Intervention Claims Manager to join the Claims Intervention Team. You will work with claimant solicitors, pilot new approaches, and partner with the Continuous Improvement Team to introduce innovative claims handling across the organisation.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of clinical negligence or personal injury, ability to handle high-volume caseloads, and excellent drafting and communication

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of clinical negligence or personal injury claims.
• Experience managing a high-volume caseload under pressure.
• Solid understanding of current law and statutes.
• Excellent drafting of complex legal correspondence.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams.
• Outstanding communication and customer focus.
• Data-driven approach to inform decision-making and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Work with claimant solicitors to resolve claims early and identify patterns for strategic improvements.
• Support Claims Managers with tools and guidance to pilot schemes and assess impact.
• Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Team to roll out initiatives.
• Spot trends in claims data to drive smarter management techniques.
• Explore and implement new case management methods.
• Manage your own caseload delivering timely, effective outcomes.
• Act as a change champion to embed innovation in practice.
