William Alexander is partnering with a growing insurance organisation to appoint a Change Project Manager within the Strategic Change function in London. The role leads end-to-end delivery across a broad portfolio of strategic change initiatives, coordinating with senior stakeholders and business leaders to shape the future operating model.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering projects within the insurance industry, ideally broking.
• Strong project management experience with a proven track record of successful business change delivery.
• Exposure to Target Operating Model (TOM), operational transformation or process improvement programmes.

Aufgaben

• Lead the delivery of business change and transformation projects from initiation through to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, governance structures and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Work closely with business and technology teams to coordinate successful delivery.
• Support the design and implementation of Target Operating Models and process improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and drive project outcomes.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership and project sponsors.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed timelines, budgets and business objectives.
• Support organisational change activities and business readiness where required.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of project management and change delivery best practices.
