Job summary

Brown & Brown UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives across the London insurance market. You will work with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and IT teams to drive change and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing projects within the London Market and/or Lloyd's insurance sector.
• Proven track record delivering projects across the full lifecycle.
• Strong project planning, governance, risk management, and reporting experience.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects from requirements and planning through to implementation and review.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, governance structures, and reporting frameworks.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives while balancing priorities and expectations.
• Use PM best practices and tools to track performance and drive improvement.
• Provide updates to senior leadership and escalate issues when needed.
• Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders as the main contact during the project lifecycle.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and governance standards.
• Collaborate with Business Leaders, IT teams, and Central Services on strategic initiatives.
