Atrium is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a diverse portfolio of business change projects. You will oversee delivery, governance and scope across multiple high-priority initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives in a regulated environment.

Experience within the Insurance/Lloyd's market is essential, with proven ability to manage scope, timelines and budgets while maintaining clear stakeholder communication and robust governance. Flexible working applies.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead business change projects from initiation through to implementation and benefits realisation.
• Lead projects managing scope, outcomes, dependencies, benefits, timelines, budgets and quality.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation.
• Excellent governance, planning, risk, issue, dependency and financial management capabilities, escalating when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver multiple priority initiatives within the Project Management Framework.
• Provide robust governance and transparent reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships across Business Change, IT, operations and third parties.
• Translate business needs into practical delivery plans with sustainable outcomes.
