Job summary

White & Case in London seeks a Programme Manager to oversee a portfolio of change and transformation initiatives within Practice Solutions, underpinning AI and Innovation strategy. You will design and run the programme framework, governance and cadence required to deliver complex legal technology and culture change at scale.

You will work with the Chief Innovation Officer and Practice Solutions leadership to ensure plans are aligned, risks are controlled, and outcomes are measurable value for

Qualifications

• Significant experience in programme management in a complex professional services environment.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programmes across geographies with tech-enabled change.
• Experience operating at Senior Manager level or equivalent, engaging with C-suite/senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to set up and run programme governance (steering committees, reporting, risk/issue management).
• Strong portfolio management skills including prioritisation and dependency management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the overall programme framework for the Practice Solutions portfolio, including governance and reporting lines.
• Establish and maintain a clear programme plan covering all projects and workstreams with milestones and dependencies.
• Set up and manage programme-level risk, issue, dependency and decision logs with active mitigation.
• Define and run regular cadence of meetings (steering committees, leadership updates, project reviews).
• Translate the Firm’s AI and Innovation strategy into an executable programme with clear outcomes and benefits.
• Monitor delivery against the plan and initiate corrective actions with project owners.
• Define, track and report benefits, value measures and KPIs to leadership and stakeholders.
• Prepare high-quality programme materials for leadership and Firm-wide forums.
