Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of transformation, project, change and portfolio management disciplines and governance.
• Experience with PMO operating models, portfolio oversight, reporting and controls.
• Understanding of stakeholder management, executive reporting and governance processes.
• Knowledge of financial services operations, risk and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of transformation projects and workstreams contributing to Miller’s objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and dependencies across teams, systems and processes.
• Provide timely reporting, delivery insight and recommendations to sponsors and governance.
• Manage project risks, issues and adoption, escalating material decisions as needed.
• Develop delivery plans, milestones and dependency information for larger programmes.
• Deliver change management plans and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption.
