Job summary

Arch Europe Insurance Services Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver business and technology initiatives that underpin the organisation's future IT and business strategy. You will coordinate across underwriting, operations, claims, IT and finance to drive transformation in a dynamic environment.

The role requires extensive experience delivering large-scale transformations in insurance, with familiarity of the London market and agile/waterfall delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large, complex transformation initiatives within an insurance environment.
• Working knowledge of how the London Insurance Market operates is highly desirable.
• Experience in operating in both agile and waterfall environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple high‑impact projects across departments or global teams.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and third parties.
• Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and adjust plans to stay aligned with goals.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead regular project meetings and provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure initiative deliverables meet the desired quality standards.
• Develop and execute strategies to assess, manage and mitigate change.
