Job summary

Michael Page is supporting a UK higher education institution undergoing a major transformation. This role focuses on developing and delivering strategic internal communications to inform, engage and support employees across the programme.

You will write content for diverse audiences, manage leadership briefings and intranet content, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure messages are timely and clear. Hybrid working and immediate start are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
• Experience supporting complex projects, transformation initiatives or organisational change programmes.
• The ability to translate complex information into engaging, accessible content.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working across multiple communications channels.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering strategic internal communications plans.
• Writing compelling content for a range of audiences and channels.
• Producing leadership briefings, staff updates, FAQs, key messages and intranet content.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure communications are timely, clear and effective.
• Supporting the delivery of sensitive communications with professionalism and discretion.
• Helping colleagues understand key developments and their wider context.
• Building engagement and confidence throughout the change programme.
