Michael Page is partnering with a major UK higher education institution to recruit a communications professional for a large-scale transformation programme. The role focuses on developing and delivering internal communications to inform, engage and support employees across the organisation.

You will lead strategic plans, create content for multiple channels and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure timely, clear messages. A 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid on-site work is offered.

Formación

• Outstanding writing, editing and proofreading abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and delivering strategic internal communications plans.
• Writing compelling content for a range of audiences and channels.
• Producing leadership briefings, staff updates, FAQs, key messages and intranet content.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure communications are timely, clear and effective.
• Supporting the delivery of sensitive communications with professionalism and discretion.
• Helping colleagues understand key developments and their wider context.
• Building engagement and confidence throughout the change programme.

• Developing and delivering strategic internal communications plans

• Supporting the delivery of sensitive communications with professionalism and discretion

Profile

We're looking for a confident communications professional with outstanding writing and stakeholder management skills.

Job Offer

• 12-month fixed-term contract
• Salary: £45,925 - £49,796
