Job summary

Michael Page Technology is seeking an experienced Change & Communications professional to drive stakeholder engagement and adoption across a major transformation portfolio. You will deliver change and communication plans, craft impactful messages, and partner with senior stakeholders to navigate governance, controls and business improvements.

In this hands-on role you’ll manage workshops, readiness activities and reporting, ensuring messages are understood and adoption is achieved across diverse

Qualifications

• Experience in Change Management, Transformation or Communications initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with resilience and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change and communication plans across programmes.
• Produce engaging communications (presentations, newsletters, packs, updates).
• Support change impact assessments and readiness activities.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions.
• Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions.
• Support implementation and adoption of new processes and controls.
• Monitor engagement levels and change effectiveness.
• Identify and mitigate risks to change adoption.
• Produce reports and insights for programme leadership.
• Work across multiple workstreams in a fast-moving transformation environment.
