Michael Page is seeking a confident communications professional to lead internal communications for a major transformation programme at a UK higher education institution. You will develop and deliver messages that inform and engage employees across the organisation.

• Developing and delivering strategic internal communications plans.
• Writing compelling content for a range of audiences and channels.
• Producing leadership briefings, staff updates, FAQs, key messages and intranet content.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure communications are timely, clear and effective.
• Supporting the delivery of sensitive communications with professionalism and discretion.
• Helping colleagues understand key developments and their wider context.
• Building engagement and confidence throughout the change programme.
