Job summary

Bestway Wholesale Limited in the United Kingdom seeks a Category Manager to drive category plans, ranging, pricing and supplier relationships to maximise sales and profit for Bestway Retail and retailers. The role includes mentoring Category Assistants and delivering category strategies with promotional plans across the supply base.

You will work closely with suppliers to develop Joint Business Plans, manage own-brand balance, and ensure pricing and availability align with the business strategy.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in FMCG wholesale or retail buying/category management.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and numerical with ability to interpret market data.
