• Significant experience in FMCG Wholesale or Foodservice (Buying, Sales or Category Management).
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder influence skills.
• Ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Experience creating and delivering Category Strategy and promotional plans.
• Numerate with ability to analyse performance and market data.
• Problem solving skills with a drive for continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Category Plans to maximise sales and profit for Bestway Foodservice and Caterers.
• Develop ranging, pricing, strategy, supplier management, and promotional planning.
• Plan and execute promotions and seasonal campaigns across categories.
• Mentor Category Assistants and oversee category activities.
• Negotiate income from suppliers for media promotional support.
• Analyse promotional effectiveness and forecasts for product categories.
