• Significant experience in FMCG wholesale or retail category management.
• Proven ability to develop range strategies and pricing.
• Strong supplier relationship and negotiation skills.
• Experience in promotional planning and budget delivery.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver budgeted sales, wholesale margin, and cash profit for category.
• Maximise availability across product categories.
• Develop Joint Business Plans with suppliers.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Create and implement category strategy and plans.
• Negotiate income from suppliers for media promotions.
• Range and price products per policy and strategy.
• Plan seasonal promotions and corporate initiatives with suppliers.
• Manage own-brand strategy balance.
• Complete admin tasks for the category accurately.
• Analyse promotional effectiveness and forecasts.
