Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking a Senior Industrialisation & Facilities Engineer (Capital Projects) to shape the next phase of its manufacturing growth in the UK. You will develop and deliver capital projects that expand capacity, improve efficiency and enable long-term expansion.

You'll lead cross-functional teams, build investment cases, manage budgets and ensure compliance with health and safety standards, driving value across the manufacturing footprint.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND in Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering capital projects in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, layouts and production systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases and investment proposals for manufacturing expansion.
• Lead capital projects from concept to installation, commissioning and handover.
• Specify and implement new manufacturing equipment, systems and infrastructure.
• Establish and lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Apply lean principles to improve productivity and reduce waste.
