Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Rogerstone is seeking a senior engineering projects professional to manage the divisional capital plan and drive multi-million-pound initiatives across our manufacturing sites. You will oversee capital builds, facilities upgrades and equipment replacements while maintaining production safety and minimal disruption.

You will work with site engineering, operations, procurement and external partners to deliver projects on time, to budget and to specification, ensuring risk

Qualifications

• Experience delivering major capital projects within complex manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-pound projects with structured processes.
• Strong track record of delivering projects on time and to specification.

Responsibilities

• Own the divisional capital plan and ensure projects align with business needs.
• Lead delivery of complex, high-value projects within live production environments.
• Collaborate with sites to identify opportunities for capital investment, productivity and reliability.
• Oversee projects including capital builds, facilities, equipment replacements and upgrades.
• Apply a structured project management process for major multi-million-pound initiatives.
• Manage supplier and contractor performance to agreed expectations.
• Track risks, budgets, timelines and dependencies with clear reporting.
