Job summary

Atos seeks a Capacity Manager to proactively oversee IT capacity across services, applications, and infrastructure. You will identify constraints, forecast demand, and coordinate planning with technical teams to ensure resilience and scalable performance for clients.

The role focuses on preventing service disruption, guiding investments, and maintaining capacity dashboards and reports to support leadership in decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience leading capacity management for complex IT/infrastructure environments.
• Ability to forecast demand and growth, and to translate into capacity plans.
• Strong collaboration with technical and operational teams to align capacity with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service, infrastructure, and application capacity trends.
• Identify capacity constraints and risks before they impact service.
• Coordinate capacity planning across technical teams.
• Assess the impact of major incidents on capacity and resilience.
• Support recovery planning during major incidents where capacity or performance is affected.
• Provide demand forecasting and growth planning.
• Escalate capacity-related risks to leadership teams.
• Maintain capacity reports, dashboards, and improvement plans.
