Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an SIAM Capacity Analyst to own and optimise capacity across a multi-supplier environment. You will monitor performance, forecast demand, and drive proactive planning to ensure services meet current and future business needs.

The role requires strong SIAM knowledge, ITIL-aligned capacity and service performance practices, and excellent stakeholder communication to deliver continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in capacity management or service performance within complex IT environments.
• Strong understanding of SIAM principles and multi-supplier environments.
• Ability to analyze capacity, utilization, performance and demand data to identify trends.
• Experience creating capacity forecasts and management reporting for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Capacity Management across a multi-supplier environment.
• Monitor, report on capacity, utilization, performance, and risks.
• Drive proactive capacity planning, forecasting demand and growth.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address capacity issues and drive improvements.
• Support service design, change and governance with capacity insights.
