Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a senior program manager to drive capacity planning initiatives for AMZL. You will own end-to-end program delivery, integrate new programs across delivery channels, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven improvements.

You will analyse large data sets, partner with multiple teams, and champion continuous improvement while ensuring customer delivery performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Math, Engineering, Science or Business.
• Experience leading large-scale complex projects in a program management capacity.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive optimisation of Capacity Planning metrics to improve demand and supply planning.
• Develop programs to standardise and increase efficiency in end-to-end last mile supply chain.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time and with impact.
• Engage operational leaders across EU Amazon Logistics to standardise processes and frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into technology requests to enable capacity planning platforms.
