Atos SE in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex initiatives, ensuring business outcomes within scope, budget, timelines and quality standards.

You will manage cross-functional teams, engage with customers and suppliers, maintain governance, risk and change control, and apply a mix of traditional and Agile delivery approaches while protecting commercial interests.

Formación

• Proven experience delivering medium-sized projects with values typically ranging between £2M and £5M.
• Strong project planning, governance, risk management, issue management, and change control experience.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Strong commercial and financial management capability.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead medium-sized, multi-disciplinary project teams across multiple locations and suppliers.
• Create an inclusive and collaborative environment that encourages team engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and support team members to develop their skills and maximise performance.
• Review project delivery approaches and recommend improvements based on lessons learned, industry trends, and Atos best practices.
• Influence stakeholders and secure agreement for delivery improvements and project changes where required.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, financial performance, and profitability.
