Job summary

Morgan Philips Group SA in the UK is seeking a Technology Resource and Capacity Manager to lead resource planning, allocation and forecasting across the SPMO portfolio in a hybrid role based in Birmingham or Stevenage.

Reporting to the Head of Portfolio & PMO, you will line-manage Resourcing & Capacity Analysts, maintain capacity dashboards, drive governance over resource data and support programme delivery with insight and proactive planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in resource management, PMO, portfolio support or delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of resource planning, allocation and utilisation processes.
• Experience producing resource reports, forecasts and management information.
• Ability to analyse resource demand and capacity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop Resource Analysts.
• Set objectives and manage performance against targets.
• Review quality and accuracy of resource reporting and forecasts.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Foster collaboration and ensure standardised resource processes.
• Provide governance reporting packs and dashboards.
