Job summary

Capgemini UK is seeking an IT Capacity Manager to lead Capacity and Performance Management across the IT estate. You will develop policies, monitor utilisation, forecast demand, and collaborate with services, architecture, engineering and suppliers to ensure cost-effective capacity aligned with business needs.

You will drive continual service improvement and safeguard service availability, with a hybrid working model across offices, client sites and home.

Qualifications

Proven experience in IT Service Management with expertise in Capacity and Performance Management.
Strong ITIL knowledge, including Service Level, Availability and Continual Improvement.
Experience in capacity planning, performance monitoring and demand management.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication across teams and suppliers.
Experience with monitoring and analytics tools for capacity reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain Capacity Management policies, processes, and reporting across IT estate.
Analyse capacity requirements ensuring resources meet current and forecast demand.
Track risks due to capacity and manage remediation with teams and customers.
Forecast demand with Service Owners, Architecture, Engineering, Operations and suppliers.
Monitor thresholds, identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimisation.
Drive continual service improvement through proactive capacity planning and analysis.
