Job summary

Atos UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex initiatives, ensuring outcomes within scope, budget and timelines. You will define, plan, govern and execute projects that may impact business value while balancing traditional and Agile delivery approaches for robust controls.

You will manage project teams, customers and suppliers across locations, ensuring strong customer relationships and alignment with Atos commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering medium-sized projects (£2M–£5M).
• Strong governance, risk and change control experience.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-sized, multi-disciplinary project teams across multiple locations and supplier organisations.
• Create an inclusive and collaborative environment that encourages team engagement and continuous improvement.
• Coach and support team members to develop their skills and maximise performance.
• Review project delivery approaches and recommend improvements based on lessons learned and Atos best practices.
• Influence stakeholders and secure agreement for delivery improvements and project changes.
