Job summary

Xerox is recruiting multiple high-performing Business Development Managers to drive new business growth in Financial Services and Insurance across the City of London. Roles are predominantly home-based with ad-hoc UK HQ visits in Uxbridge and monthly cadence.

You will own end-to-end sales cycles, engaging senior stakeholders and leading complex, consultative engagements from prospecting through to close, with 1m+ contract values typical.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise new business sales
• Proven track record selling to Financial Services and Insurance
• Strong consultative and solution-selling capability
• Executive-level stakeholder engagement across large organisations

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition across Financial Services and Insurance markets
• Build and convert a sustainable pipeline through targeted prospecting and account penetration
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with 1m+ annual contract value
• Shape and deliver compelling client propositions from discovery to close
• Establish and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers
