Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a Production Sales Specialist to drive growth across the production print portfolio in the UK. You will identify customer requirements, position print solutions, and manage opportunities from initial engagement to contract completion.

You will engage with senior decision-makers across commercial and transactional print environments, developing opportunities and expanding relationships with customers and channel partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B technology, print, production print or a similar complex sales environment.
• Strong new-business and account-development skills.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and sales cycles simultaneously.
• Confident engaging with senior customer stakeholders.
• Strong CRM and pipeline management discipline.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory/business development plan to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and develop production print opportunities within the territory.
• Generate new business through prospecting, visits, referrals, events and channel activity.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to order.
• Collaborate with internal teams to close opportunities and ensure viable deals.
• Maintain relationships with production managers and senior stakeholders.
