Job summary

Envisage Group in Coventry is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to win new business and grow existing accounts. The role involves engaging with OEMs, prime contractors and supply-chain partners, understanding customer needs and shaping proposals with engineering and estimating teams.

You will manage a CRM-led opportunity pipeline, support bids and contribute to commercial discussions, with travel within the UK and internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development or technical sales in engineering/manufacturing.
• Engineering-related qualification.
• Ability to discuss technical capabilities with customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and secure new opportunities across markets.
• Grow current accounts by building relationships.
• Develop relationships with OEMs, primes and supply-chain partners.
• Shape proposals and quotations with engineering/estimating teams.
• Build and manage a qualified opportunity pipeline in CRM.
• Support bids, proposals and commercial discussions.
• Represent Envisage at customer meetings and events.
• Track progress against targets and forecasts.
