Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, marketing or client relationships, ideally in professional services.
• Strong commercial awareness to identify opportunities and understand market trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting BD and marketing initiatives, campaigns and events.
• Strong written communication producing client-facing materials and pitches.
• Analytical skills to interpret market intelligence and report outcomes.
• Experience using CRM systems to maintain client, prospect and opportunity data.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of BD and marketing plans across a sector, practice area or region.
• Oversee allocated BD/marketing budgets and track ROI with team leaders.
• Develop market/client intelligence to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to deliver campaigns, thought leadership, events and profiling.
• Attend networking events and industry forums to build relationships.
• Assist in preparing client-facing materials including presentations and pitch content.
• Monitor BD activity and report insights to partners and stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM data for relationships, pipelines and reporting.
• Provide proactive support to Senior BD Managers as required.
