Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development plans aligned to firm and practice group objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities with partners to support revenue generation.
• Manage and coordinate pitches, proposals and capability statements.
• Support key client programmes including client listening and account management initiatives.
• Conduct market, competitor and client research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead planning and execution of client events, seminars and thought leadership campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing on profile-raising activities, content creation and digital campaigns.
• Monitor and report on BD activity, pipeline opportunities and ROI.
