The role focuses on long-term client relationships, channel partner development and cross-functional collaboration to deliver Techex software and third-party technology solutions.

• Demonstrable experience in live broadcast technology and end-to-end workflows.
• Strong commercial awareness with CRM and pipeline management knowledge.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical technical and commercial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage frequent commercial opportunities and create accurate BoMs and proposals.
• Develop relationships with customers and technology partners; manage channel partners.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Maintain CRM data, forecast opportunities, and support revenue growth.
