Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to drive end-to-end tender submissions for PfP Students. You will coordinate with the Head of Business Development and key stakeholders to craft compelling proposals and support growth objectives.

You will manage multiple bids, leverage sector intelligence, ensure compliance with client requirements and branding, and lead reviews and debriefs to improve future bids. National role with client-site meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating at Bid Manager level within tendering environments.
• Strong knowledge of public sector procurement processes and local government portals.
• Experience managing multiple complex bids and tender opportunities simultaneously.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders across a large organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender and bid processes for PfP Students.
• Manage multiple bids concurrently and monitor progress through a tender pipeline.
• Lead bid reviews, debriefs and bid performance reviews.
• Provide leadership to temporary bid writers during peak periods.
• Attend client site meetings as required for national scope.
