Places for People, PfP Students, is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to drive growth by leading end-to-end tender and bid processes for PfP Students. Working with the Head of Business Development and key stakeholders, you will craft compelling, high-quality submissions that differentiate our offering and support our growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven Bid Manager experience in a competitive tendering environment.
• Strong knowledge of public sector procurement processes and local government procurement portals.
• Experience managing multiple complex bids and tender opportunities simultaneously.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across a large organisation.
• Experience within Property/Student Accommodation is preferred though not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender and bid process for PfP Students.
• Manage multiple bids simultaneously and identify opportunities through portals and sector intelligence.
• Ensure submissions meet client requirements, company standards and branding guidelines.
• Lead bid reviews and debriefs, monitor bid performance and maintain tender pipeline.
• Provide leadership to temporary bid writers during peak activity.
• Attend client-site meetings as required.
