Places for People is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to lead end-to-end tender processes for PfP Students. You will work with the Head of Business Development and key stakeholders to craft compelling submissions that align with our growth strategy.

You will manage multiple bids, identify opportunities through portals, and ensure compliance with client requirements and branding. National role with client-site meetings as required, plus safeguarding and inclusive recruitment commitments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating at bid management level within a competitive tendering environment.
• Strong knowledge of public sector procurement processes and local government portals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex bids and tender opportunities simultaneously.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders across a large organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender and bid process for PfP Students.
• Coordinate with Head of Business Development and stakeholders to develop high-quality submissions.
• Manage multiple bids, monitor progress, and maintain a tender pipeline.
• Provide leadership to temporary bid writers when workload peaks.
